*New Patient Cancellation Policy: Here at Backed by Blackmon, Dr. B. Likely sets aside an hour for each new patient. Due to an influx of no-shows to new patient appointments, we are now requiring a $25.00 deposit to be applied to your initial appointment. If you need to cancel your appointment, then the $25.00 deposit will be refunded as long as the appointment is canceled 24 hours or more before your scheduled appointment. If you provide less than a 24-hour notice or no-show, then you will not be refunded your deposit. A visit will be considered is considered a no-show 15 minutes after the scheduled appointment. Three no-shows will result in a requirement of any future appointments to be pre-payed.
