*New Patient Cancellation Policy: Here at Backed by Blackmon, Dr. B. Likely sets aside an hour for each new patient. Due to an influx of no-shows to new patient appointments, we are now requiring a $25.00 deposit to be applied to your initial appointment. This means that only $24.00 will be required at the time of your appointment due to the $49 New Patient Special. If you need to cancel your appointment, then the $25.00 deposit will be refunded as long as the appointment is canceled 24 hours or more before your scheduled appointment. If you provide less than a 24-hour notice or no-show, then you will not be refunded your deposit. A visit will be considered is considered a no-show 15 minutes after the scheduled appointment.

*Established Patient Cancellation Policy: ​Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation, late arrival, or missed visit leaves a hole in the clinician's or therapist's day that could have been filled by another patient. As such, we require a 24-hour notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. If you provide more than a 24-hour notice, then you will not be charged a cancellation fee. If you provide less than a 24-hour notice or no-show, then a $25.00 fee will be applied to the card on file. A visit will be considered a no-show visit 15 minutes after your scheduled appointment.
